How to Edit Video Layers on the Canvas?

How to Crop a Video?

  1. Select the video layer on the canvas.

  2. Drag the square handles on the edges of the bounding box inward to adjust the crop.


How to Replace a Video?

  1. Select the video layer on the canvas.

  2. In the floating toolbar, click the “Media” icon.

  3. Choose a new asset to replace the current video.


How to Play a Video on the Canvas?

  1. Select the video layer on the canvas.

  2. Click the “Play” icon in the floating toolbar to start playback.


How to Adjust Video Volume?

  1. Select the video layer on the canvas.

  2. Click the “Volume” icon in the floating toolbar.

  3. Drag the volume slider or enter a value to adjust the audio level.


How to Trim Video Duration?

  1. Select the video layer on the canvas.

  2. Click the “Trim” icon in the floating toolbar.

  3. Drag the timeline to set the playback duration, then click “Done.”


How to Set Video Playback Mode?

  1. Select the video layer on the canvas.

  2. Click the “Video Fit” icon in the floating toolbar.

  3. Choose a playback mode: Loop, Freeze, or Full Video.

Loop: The video loops to match the duration of the current scene’s script.

Freeze: The video plays once, then pauses or stops based on the script duration.

Full Video: The video plays in full. If the script is shorter than the video, the next scene starts after the video finishes.
